OD, ID, thickness and a material name may define a simple washer. A seal, bushing or profiled ring also needs the mating interfaces and operating duty.
Include the drawing revision, critical tolerances and quantity. Add media, temperature and load where they control material selection. For coated cloth, adhesive tape or a replacement belt, use the separate industrial product categories.
