PTFE Mesh Bags

PTFE coated mesh pouches for keeping a group of small items together during supported drying or oven processing. Open sides allow ventilation, and a snap closure keeps the contents inside the pouch during handling.

Contain the batch without closing the airflow path

A mesh bag groups small items in one removable pouch while leaving air paths through the sides. It simplifies loading and unloading when loose pieces would otherwise be handled one at a time.

Match the aperture to the smallest item and allow space for the contents to move without forcing the closure. The finished outside size includes seams and the closing edge, so specify the usable pocket dimensions when capacity matters.

Build the closure into the use cycle

Snap position affects how the bag opens, lies on the tray and releases its contents. Put the closure where it remains accessible, and keep it away from a pressure point in the process equipment.

Use the pouch with a supporting tray, keep it clear of direct flame and heating elements, and inspect seams and coating before reuse. For food-contact duties, choose the mesh and closure materials for the actual use conditions and required documentation. The pouch is a ventilated holder, not a sealed liquid container.

Applications

Batch drying holders

Keep small components grouped on a tray while allowing air to reach the pouch contents.

Supported oven pouches

Hold firm pieces together during a compatible oven cycle with no direct-flame exposure.

Custom mesh pockets

Set opening location and usable dimensions for repeatable loading into a tray system.

Common Questions

Can a mesh bag retain liquids or fine powders?

No. The openings are intended for ventilation. Select the aperture for solid items that remain larger than the mesh openings throughout the process.

Does the quoted size describe the usable pocket?

Outside size includes the seams and closing edge. Specify usable pocket dimensions as well as outside dimensions when the contents need a defined capacity.

Can a pouch be made to a custom opening layout?

Yes. Show the finished shape, opening edge and snap positions on a drawing. Include the supported loading arrangement so the closure remains accessible in use.
