Conveyor Belts

Seamless PTFE Fusing Belts

Jointless PTFE fusing belts for heated textile pressing and interlining work. A continuous loop removes the recurring seam from the press path, helping keep the contact profile consistent as each piece passes through the machine.

Standard Configurations

The standard seamless construction is a black, smooth 0.48 mm belt. Its loop geometry follows the fusing machine.

Specify belt width, endless circumference, machine model and roller dimensions. A 1.50 mm composite belt is a separate solid-belt option and is not listed here as seamless.

Remove the seam from the pressing cycle

In fusing work, a joint can repeatedly pass under a pressing zone and change the local contact profile. A seamless loop removes that specific discontinuity. It is especially useful where the pressed material is sensitive to a recurring seam mark.

The belt still needs accurate tracking and a clean release face. Keep resin and adhesive deposits from building into raised areas, and avoid sharp creases during handling so the finished surface remains consistent.

Fit the machine, including its tensioning range

A replacement belt must fit the whole running path. Give the working width, endless circumference and smallest roller diameter, then add the available tensioning travel. A belt that is dimensioned from a flattened sample without checking the machine can be difficult to install or tension correctly.

Where a thicker multilayer belt is required, specify a composite belt as a separate construction. Do not describe a 1.50 mm composite option as seamless unless that particular loop is made without a joint.

Equipment & process duties

Applications

Garment fusing presses

Carry interlining and fabric through a heated press without a recurring belt splice in the contact zone.

Collar pressing

Support small textile assemblies where a consistent belt profile matters to the pressed finish.

Textile bonding machines

Fit a continuous release loop to a machine with compatible roller geometry and tension control.

Common Questions

What does seamless mean on this belt?

It means the running loop has no joining seam. The term does not describe thickness, color or the number of layers; those are separate construction details.

Can a thicker composite belt be substituted?

Not from thickness alone. A composite belt changes the loop's flexibility and installed contact profile, and can include a joint. Match the replacement to the machine's rollers, press gap and intended construction.

How should I measure a replacement fusing belt?

Record the belt working width and installed circumference, then measure roller diameter and tensioning travel. A machine model and photos of the belt path help identify guide features and installation access.
